Derrick Spafford has over 30 years of competitive running and coaching experience. He has competed in hundreds of races in distances from 800 meters to 100 miles; from track to ultramarathons. While he enjoys competing in a variety of different events, his current favourite races include trail, mountain, ultra and snowshoe running races.
Derrick’s passion for running is obvious to his clients and those he speaks with about running as is evident by the fact that he has not taken a day off from running since 1989.
