Spafford Health and Adventure is pleased to announce the following races for 2012.
Snowshoe Racing:
Dion Eastern Ontario Snowshoe Running Series: Each racers top two finishes will count towards the series with the lowest point total being declared the winner. The first place male and female winner of the Dion Eastern Ontario Snowshoe Running Series will each win a pair of top-of-the-line Dion running snowshoes at the conclusion of the series. We will also be doing random draws for snowshoes and other prizes.

· January 21, 2012: Frontenac Snowshoe Race – Frontenac Provincial Park, Sydenham, ON
· February 5, 2012: Frozen Ass Snowshoe Race – Batawa Ski Hill, Batawa, ON (directions)
· February 18, 2012: Switzerville Red Barn Snowshoe Race – Napanee, ON
Trail Racing:
May 12, 2012: Kingston 5 Peaks Trail Race, Kingston, ON
