2019 Sydenham Fall Trail Run - Results
Congratulations to everyone who participated in today’s Sydenham Fall Trail Run.
This was the 15th annual edition of the race and conditions were ideal with comfortably warm weather, only a light breeze and beautiful Fall colours along the shoreline of Sydenham Lake.
Rob Campbell of Kingston was the fastest runner of the day winning the mens race in a time of 29:25 for the 8km course. Bob McGraw of Kingston was second male in 31:28, followed by Trevor Davies also of Kingston in 32:28. Steve Ingo of Sydenham was the top masters runner (over 40 years) in 34:29.
Laura Yantha of Kingston was the top woman finisher in a time of 29:50. Charlotte Langley of Kingston finished second in 32:18, followed by Lauren Miller of Perth in 33:54. Deborah Holtom was the top female master in 39:53.
