2025 Dion Yukon Snowshoe Race - Race & Final Series Results
❄️ DION YUKON SNOWSHOE RACE ❄️
The final race of the Dion Canadian Snowshoe Series was held on Thursday, March 6th at the Mt Mac Snowshoe Trails, in Whitehorse, Yukon.
Taiga Buurman was the first male athlete to cross the finish line in the Dion Yukon Snowshoe Race in a time of 28:03 for the 5.2km course. Janet Clarke was the first place female to finish in a time of 39:37.

2025 DION CANADIAN SNOWSHOE SERIES WINNERS
Congratulations to all participants in the 2025 Dion Canadian Snowshoe Series!
Points were awarded for each race in the series, with the top 3 male and top 3 female athletes dividing up the $1,200 prize purse.
Men's Champions:
Bernie Hogan took home the men's title and $300 cash prize with an impressive total of 49 points. Charley Murphy claimed the second place prize of $200 with 27 points, followed by Hugo Duguay-Boucher taking the third place prize of $100 with 17 points.
Women's Champions:
Lisa Leskien won the women's title and $300 cash with a total of 27 points. Tanja Urbancic-Venemore finished second taking home $200 with 19 points. Sheri Hogeboom finished a close third with 18 points and the $100 prize.
2025 FROSTY FOOT WINNER:
Derek Gillard took home the award for competing in the most races in the series and wins a $100 prize package from Spafford Health and Adventure.
